Update content yourself or ask a team?
Choose an approach around your time, recurring tasks and responsibility for accuracy.
Start with recurring tasks
List updates such as service information, news, portfolio entries or images. Check whether your team has time and an information reviewer. Updating prepared fields is usually more straightforward than redesigning a page.
Use content management
A CMS edits prepared text, images and records. News, articles and Collections have their own editors. Review drafts and verify published information. Editing permissions depend on the page type and enabled modules.
Ask for scoped assistance
Prepare the target pages, copy, media and reviewer. A team can enter content and check the result within an agreed scope. New writing, translation, media production and structural changes are assessed separately.
Make responsibility clear
System support and content work are different tasks. Even with managed updates, the business owner should check facts before publication. Coordinate concurrent updates to avoid overlapping work.
